Conditions of Use

Dear Customer,

We accept money orders, checks drawn on an international bank, wire money transfers, purchase orders and credit card payments through Paypal & Moneybooker

Invoicing & Billing:

Titles that are ordered with a purchase order, will be shipped with an invoice with a payment due within 15 days of receipt of shipment, for orders within Germany and the European Union and 20 days for international orders. This applies only to Music libraries and other Academic institutions. Individuals who wish to purchase directly from us, we will accept money orders and wire money transfers before shipment of your orders.

Returns:

Most books are shipped on a fully returnable basis in line with our philosophy of maximum service. Returns for credit should be made within 90 days and be in new condition. Of course, books found with printing or binding defects can be returned for replacement without any time limitation. This applies only to music libraries and other academic institutions.

Due to copyright infringements, our returns policy may not be applicable to private individuals. If requested, we will supply you with free credit memo forms that can be submitted with your returns. The information requested for your book returns is simple and straightforward.

Return Policy:

Claims for missing or damaged books must be reported to a CWJEF Music Publications Customer Service representative within 30 days of the invoice date (45 days for overseas customers). Please note that it is important to verify correctness of a shipment as soon as possible. CWJEF Music Publications does not accept returns for incorrectly shipped books that have been physically processed by the library. Credits are issued to the account upon receipt of books at the CWJEF Music Publications facility. All returns should be shipped to:
