Delivery Information

Dear Customer,

We ship items to most international destinations, when you are ordering directly from us. For a single title we use a flat rate which is automatically added to your order in the shopping cart. Shipping within Germany and European union may take up to 2 or 3 business days for delivery.

International destinations may take up to 2 or 3 weeks for delivery depending on the shipping method that you specify.

We will contact you for shipping methods and delivery time schedule.

1 - 3 Titles - Flat rate
4 - 8 Titles - Flat rate + an additional per item charge.

We offer free shipment for orders above 300 Euros within Europe.

Free Shipment for orders above 500 Euros for international shipments.

We use Hermes within Germany & Deutsch Post for international deliveries. Unless specify by you for express delivery we will use other international carriers.
